Please note: Our party coordinators call to confirm the number of guests you’re expecting, the number you confirm on the call is what we base our operation needs. Amount of guest confirmed and added on afterwards is what the system will charge, regardless if your party is short guest you confirmed do not show up.

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Yes. You can either contact us or click Manage My Party. You will need your party ID # which can be found in your email when you booked the party.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of XPLAY Socks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For Sure You Can! Each paid jumper or laser tag guest part of your party can do add-on for addition $5.50 for 30 minutes trampoline or 1 mission of laser tag. Please keep in mind, at some points we will not be able to do that depending on how busy the park is. We recommend speaking with the host and arranging this before hand.

Yes! Members receive %10 off any party package. Ask our Party Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

For. Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $6 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $8 per jumper to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.
Yes! Members receive $25 off any party package. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Party Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

We have a non-refundable policy, please read through all information and inquire prior to booking.

Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. We cannot hang anything on the walls. We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.

Your party booking package includes 1 hour and 45 minutes usage of the party room. Even while the guests are jumping or playing laser tag.

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favours for you if you book a Ultimate party or choose to add-on if supplies are available.

You may bring your own food and drinks. We offer pizza and soft drinks in your party room! Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 2 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks!

The final balance will be collected the day of your event prior the the completion of your time in the party room.
